Alchemists Intl was created in 1997 to provide continuity of services to clients previously supported by Philip Crosby Associates and The Quality College. We quickly evolved into a ‘hands-on’ consultancy, focused on Systems and Process Engineering, New Product Development and Introduction and Regulatory Compliance Engineering.
Over the past ten years we’ve continued to evolve, adding competencies in Large Scale – REAL TIME Organizational Transformation (Open Space Technology, Word Cafe, etc.), Turnround Management and “Wicked” Problem Solving.
Today, our clients engage us in projects as different as Pre-Acquisition Due Diligence, to Preemptive Turnarounds, to Executive Coaching and Development
